Century 21 Windgate Realty is a member of the real estate multiple listing service. As such, they are able to show you all properties that are listed with all real estate companies. Century 21 Windgate Realty has an awesome team. They not only work together well but they also have a great love for their community. For instance they entered a Christmas Tree decorating contest last Christmas, donating the proceeds to a local charity. They have also entered and won a booth in their local trade show! The theme of the booth was on the importance of being "environmentally friendly." They have carried this important theme to their workplace on an everyday basis, incorporating recycling in the workplace and becoming a depot to drop off all your used printer cartridges or used cell phones. Their office is conveniently located just off of Highway 16, next to Joey's Only. In their foyer, they have stocked pamphlets and maps about the community and area, showing again their consideration for not only clients but also those traveling through and just wondering about Hinton. Stop by and request one of their famous environmentally friendly shopping bags made from recycled pop bottles! There is someone "on duty" from 9:00 to 5:30 weekdays and Saturday from 10:00 to 4:00 to answer your questions. Stop by this friendly office, you will be glad you did!
